The CSI-Dx test is capable of identifying any active bacterial, viral, or eukaryotic pathogenic microorganisms present in a sample. CSI-Dx detects a pathogen’s RNA to provide an identify of the microbe, in addition to providing functional context of what the microbe is expressing.
