Our CLIA-certified laboratory is fully automated, with both proprietary laboratory sample preparation techniques and bioinformatics processes that improve sample turnaround time and reduce host-associated contaminants that exist in every clinical specimens. (CLIA #39D2180522)
CSI® possesses on site Illumina sequencers, Beckman Coulter automated liquid handlers, and a customized Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) that ensures accurate sample tracking from sample receipt to clinical result reporting.

CSI® is a privately owned company, and owns 100% of their Intellectual property, including patents. Located in a 4,000 sq. ft. lab, furnished with state-of-the-art robotics, sequencers, and computational infrastructure, located in Huntingdon, PA.
