Research Scientist & Bioinformatician

Truc Ly maintains and implements CLIA-compliant quality control policies. She also contributes to the development of bioinformatic pipelines and LIMS processes. While obtaining an MPH from Yale School of Public Health in 2020, she gained valuable experience working with local health departments, in addition to analyzing various meta-omic datasets.

Bioinformatician

Jeremy started with CSI in 2020 as one of their reporting personnel during COVID testing. He currently works as a bioinformatician helping with pipeline development and data visualization. Prior to CSI, Jeremy majored in Environmental Science at Juniata while doing research in Dr. Regina Lamendella’s lab at Juniata College, and since graduating in 2019, he has been a co-author on over a dozen peer-reviewed publications.
