Introducing Contamination Source Identification, the new gold standard in medical diagnostic testing.
Active pathogen detection utilizing cutting edge genomic technology.
The CSI-Dx Test
The CSI-Dx test directly isolates and identifies any active bacterial, viral, or pathogenic microorganisms present in a sample. CSI-Dx detects a pathogen’s RNA to identify active infections, and is in the process of becoming clinically validated to identify both Prosthetic Joint Infections as well as the causative agents of Sepsis.
An untargeted test, for targeted treatment decisions
CSI-Dx removes the clinical guesswork by providing solid evidence of active microbial infections and co-infection through the identification of expressed pathogenic RNA.
Giving physicians clear and actionable pathogen detection
At Contamination Source Identification (CSI), our mission is to contribute meaningfully to the delivery of effective patient care.
